loop driver in 2.1.11x ...

Hi,
can someone tell me what's wrong with loop driver in kernels
> 2.1.109 ?
here's the problem:
mount -t vfat -o loop,offset=4096 image /blah-blah (ok)
umount /blah-blah (ok)
mount -t vfat -o loop,offset=4096 image /blah-blah (fail)
image: Text file busy
