Greetings,

This is a patch that goes directly into "pre-patch-2.1.115-3".

It adds a function for checking a whitelist and blacklist of drives
for the ide-dma.c source. This is an extern function so that
I can call it for the HPT343 chipset driver code also.

Add/fix naming of IDE devices 9-12 {hdi,hdj}, {hdk,hdl} in genhd.c.

Update auto-enable of id->multsect and id->dword_io on the hwif,
and report UDMA id->capability of BIOS if it needs to be set in
ide-disk.c.

IDE-ZIP fix for firmware 23.D in ide-floppy.c.

Addition and updates to off-board UDMA cards, VIA Chipset Timings
for (U)DMA, and added a bootable flag for off-board cards in ide-pci.c.

Fix "hwif->autodma" in trm290.c.

Added other ATA3 command in hdreg.h, to be used in the future.

Made a silly script "MAKEDEV-IDE45" for new block device files.

Finally, these additions are important IMHO, since UDMA is
cheaper than SCSI. I have worked on this for a while, since 2.1.78
with SMP and disabling IO-APIC interrupts with a blacklist until
the IDE SMP for shifted IRQ's was updated.

This is functional and full tested IMHO, for AEC6210 U/UF and PDC20246
chipsets unders UP and SMP. Since my SMP mainboards are old
with PIIX3 DMA mode2 limited. I added bootablity to these two cards,
and finished the (U)DMA access for AEC6210 U/UF.
