Hardware usage.

Probably a silly idea.

But what about adding two new make targets:

make sendinfo
Which sends system information to a certain address.
(if it has changed since last run, or if no info on last run can be found.)

make bugreport, which does the above, but lets the user add some text,
and maybe automagically hands it off to the correct mailing list.

make hardwarefail, which does the above, but is for reporting failed
hardware.

This has several benefits.

It gives a good idea of the hardware linux is typically compiled on,
what it has problems with, and makes statistical analysis of wierd
faults rise out of "I know someone who said it diddn't work for them"
to 39222 users are using riverdam RD31000's, with 3 failures, but
all of those 3 are using microslut RoboSheep3's, connected via USB.

And the make suggestion after *config is also changed to include
make sendinfo
