Addendum to the console problems

First of all, I got a nice spontaneous reboot when I did the nonstop "Hello,
world!" and holding ENTER for a good 20 seconds

But...
I may have posted about these already, but there are still some very odd console
errors that have persisted since 2.0.xx or something--and it has happened with
all the keyboards I have.

On sparing occasion, when I do a lot of work in one VT and leave others very
idle, if I switch to one all the sudden and type something, the first key I type
is repeated any number of times. This is not definitely reproducable, but
happens on occasion.

The second problem I've been having lately since 2.1.110 or so is that on
occasion when I run a program, I have to hit ENTER twice for the program to run
E.G.
<root>:/root# lynx
(cursor here)
It just sits there
I then hit enter again, and lynx starts up
That sometimes happens with other programs

Another problem, which I'm wondering is Lynx, Ncurses, or the kernel console
driver, is a lot of the time while using Lynx, I hit a key and it takes a couple
seconds for the key to reach Lynx or for Lynx to respond. I've been wondering
if that's just a bug in Lynx, which it most likely is... (lynx 2.8.1-dev-18)
