TCPv4 bad checksum

can anyone enlightem me as to what this means??? I get about 4-5 of them
and then the system crashes. eth0 is an intel etherexpress pro 100b,
using driver v0.36. The kernel is 2.1.108...

I have not had serious problems with until the last couple of days. If
more information is needed to diagnose this problem, let me know, as this
is getting a little frustrating...
