It really sounds to me like we may have two different problems here. You
are running your PCI bus at 37.5 MHz, the 430TX runs it synchronously at
half the memory bus speed. Is your system stable under >=2.1.103 with
233/66?

I've heard previously of Quantum Bigfoots causing trouble, they are worth
investigating for the blacklist.

I also wonder if there were any PCI bus-oriented changes between 2.1.101
and 2.1.103, they could be a second problematic factor.
