Of course all except one of these sites are on AARNet2 and you missed the
official AARNet2 mirror site -

ftp://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/linux/kernel

(for people on AARNet2 especially, http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/ has an index
of most of the stuff available on ftp://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/)

And if you're not on AARNet2, archie.au or most major ISPs should carry
it.
