Its not there yet because its not a proper bug fix. Its fixing the symptoms
not the cause. Having 0 bytes left when we want to send is an underrun...

If we get to 2.2 pre then I'll use that change, at that point since the
change works for all the tested cases and 2.2 its meant to work not be
perfection it becomes best choice.

Also look at ALSA btw - which has by far the best GUS drivers
