VM: Found a writable swap-cached page!

This can be reproduced if you use nestscape simultaneous with your
favorite console svgalib application (squake, zgv etc).

The lines on my machine all have addresses in the range c023* - c024*
which corresponds to nothing in my System.map.

I have only seen this with recent kernels (> 2.1.106)
