Module errors - 2.0.35

I am trying to upgrade to the latest release of the LInux Kernel (2.0.35),
and with it I am using ax25-module-14H.tar.gz and ax25-utils-2.1.42a.tar.gz!

When I compile the Kernel I get the following error and of course it won't
allow me to use Kissattach etc..
