2.1.109 sound problems

Hey everyone,
I've got a 2.1.109 system running here with a PAS16 soundcard. I'm not
able to correctly play sound anymore. When I cat an .au file to
/dev/audio I get something that sounds like it's running about about
double speed with a bunch of interference. Same thing goes for .wav and
mp3's...
Here's the relavent part of my .config:
