Stuck on IPI

New with 2.1.110, I get a 'stuck on IPI' message after freeing memory and
before entering init. It's not consistent with anything, changing every
reboot to show between 0 and 2 times. Have never seen the message with <=
2.1.109. Hardware is a Tyan Tomcat IV w/ 2x Pentium 133 and 64 MB of RAM.
Haven't been able to get pre-2.1.111 since ftp.kernel.org is full...
