Alexey did a very good job, the 2.2 and 2.0 code size for the same
feature set are basically identical. Also the infrastructure is mostly
there to support loadable ip routing algorithms. (That is the cache
stays in memory and we say default to a simple linked list, and then
you do

insmod ip_route_fibhash.o
