Trying to write Diamond NetCommander Driver

Down to the quick and dirty, I am trying to obtain info so I can write the
driver for the Diamond NetCommander.

I have written(email & snail) and faxed them with no response. Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is to have people email Diamond to put
pressure on. However, I would like to approach it a little more
professionally.
