I may have been unclear there. You're not allowed to distribute the
resulting binary to anybody in the same position. On your own machine, do
whatever you want to.

Or at least that's what I believe.

That's always been the whole point of the GPL - not only making something
free, but enforcing that on whatever it touches. I don't always like it,
either.

Me, for example - except I too think that using Qt was a really dumb move.
Hopefully Harmony will fix that.
