The posted fixes do not seem to deal with vgacon problems.
e.g. when I exit dosemu the screen is not where I started from and the
cursor is at some strange random spot. clear clears things up. I have no
interested in fb, so have not tried it. I did apply the geert-2.1.108b
patch set.
