weirdness in 2.0.24 - maybe nothing ?

Just a coupple of things I've notice on my lil 486 using 2.0.34
they may be nothing , buy they may be somthing *shrug*, so I'm posting just
incase ....

1) my kflushd seems to be clocking up rather alot of time

2) I've had a telnet stuck in CLOSE_WAIT for over 2 days
telnet disconected normally , but then it stayed in in this state
every other session before and since has died normally so it's
probbably a freak thing.
