devfs patch v38 available

Hi, all. Version 38 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.1.107-pre2. Highlights of this release:

- More documentation tweaks

- Fix for sound driver port

- Removed ttyname-patch (grab libc 5.4.44 instead)

- Ported to kernel 2.1.107-pre2 (loop driver fix)
