(Unsubstantiated story)
Place: Small tech school in new mexico
System: 386+8mb ram running linux
Disaster: Roof caved in, nearly submerging the system completely...
Continued to run happily until the power was shut off for cleanup.
Linux: it keeps going and going and going....
