Try this, or a variation (for procmail):

* ^Sender: owner-linux-.*@vger\.rutgers\.edu
* ! ^(((To|Cc):)|( )).*linux
/dev/null
If you receive something from one of ther vger lists, but it wasn't
explicitly sent (To: or Cc:) to the list, discard it. It also has the
feature that people who set up private mailing lists with vger lists
in their list, or who Bcc: to a vger list are ignored. Some would call
this an advantage ;-)
