When I read that much of the said idiot's message, I pressed the
DELETE key and got rid of it - language like that gets NO respect from
me, and deserves even less...

Well said - and if (as recently happenned) I get something with
instructions only written in Double Dutch (or some other language I
don't understand), I'll do what anybody with any sense does, and ask
for help...
