104 is a stinker with AIC7xxx

pre-104-1 won't boot for me. It gets timeouts on my boot drive,
keeps "trying harder" in an endless loop. Rebooting with 102
works just fine.

PS: AHA-294X Ultra SCSI, bios v1.23, the drive that's timing out is:

(scsi0:0:1:0) Synchronous at 20.0MHz, offset 15.
