Debugging patch. A collection of patches for kernel debugging, one big
patch with documentation yet! Memory leak detection, softlockup
detection, stack overflow checks, kernel tracing, kernel debugging via
gdb, force oops via sysrq, dump logs and trace tables via serial console.

Sysrq note for APM users. Sysrq-O was power Off, it is now force Oops.
APM power off moved to oFf.
