Pentium 166, triton2, IDE disk crashed on boot immediately after
printing
that it found the PS/2 mouse. Message is "Unable to handle kernel paging
request... at fec00000".
P2 333 430lx, scsi disks (ide compiled as module) boots fine but crashes
when loading module ide-probe.o.
Both crashes are in io_apic_read+4.
It's hard to copy the full message from the dead screen but I can
give more information if it is needed.
