AWK dumps core on 'make menuconfig'

Well, I guess the subject say pretty much everything... This problems is
going on since 2.1.102. Am I the only one? I didn't change anything! Just
installed the patch. Due to this problem, I don't see any menu on the
screen, only the Save and Load options. make xconfig also crashes.
Sorry if this is an old subject. I really think my feed is bad. I seldom
see Linus' announcements!
As for now, I'll stick with 101.
