2.1.103 with SMP.

OK.. Finally 2.1.103 finally works again on my system
with SMP=1 in Makefile..

Previously, the Compaq Professional W/S 5000 with Dual Pentium 200Mhz's
I'm using would just reboot continuously after decompressing the kernel...

Whatever changed in the IO-Apic, and SMP code works great now...
