2.1.103-to-vger diff available

I've made a diff between the official 2.1.103 and the vger CVS tree (as of
about an hour ago) and put it up on the Web at
http://jpj.net/~trevor/linux/2.1.103_vger-980521_04:54.diff.bz2.bin .
It's 419942 bytes. I made it so folks who want to catch up on vger can
apply this to the official source and save themselves a lot of bandwidth,
and so others can more easily see the differences and point out changes
which might be ready to be brought over.
