Thanks to all who replied to my message about kerneld -- it worked fine
when I enabled kmod; I thought that kerneld is optional...
Anyway, 2.1.102 seems very stable and nice, except one message I get on
boot which I guess is related to initrd stuff and I am not sure whether to
ignore it or not:
do_change_root: old root has d_count=1
