We just lost networking here again. This time, a re-insmod
of the driver didn't cause a couple of dozen oopses though,
so it's not all bad.
No interesting debugging; just "eth0: transmit timed out;
tx_status = 0x00" or similar.
The card's a couple of years old and has been getting increasingly
less reliable, even with "better" drivers; is it possible
that the card is worn-out? Exploding linux-kernel and serving
quake can account for quite a few packets... =-)

Just had to reboot, as the networking didn't last a minute
this time.
Will order up a DEC/Tulip or an EtherExpress tomorrow :-)
