Perhaps. Keep in mind however, these must be STATIC things. When the L1
cache is locked, that means NO CHANGES AT ALL. So dynamics would cause
nothing but trouble, and slowdown. (unlock, change, lock. repeat) It's not
as easy to decide as you think. ;P
