See linux/fs/umsdos/README-WIP.txt for the names of the people currently
working on umsdos, which is rather broken. I don't think they've picked
a single official maintainer for the code, which may be why the
MAINTAINERS file is silent on the matter.
It might be worthwhile to add a link to this file from
linux/Documentation/filesystems so it is more obvious.
