I changed the names of all the sound configuration options. The old
name of the option is CONFIG_MAD16. The new name is CONFIG_SOUND_MAD16.
Same with all the other drivers.
So re-configure your kernel and say 'yes' to 'support for OPTi MAD16'.
Check .config and make sure it takes.
I know, it was an ugly thing to do, but I had a nasty problem to solve
(cleaning up modularization of the sound code).
