Thanks for clearing this up. It is what you get by basing discussion
on second hand knowledge. I am sorry. So unfortunately the problem
remains. It just isn't solved by unicode.

Since you do seem to know where you are talking about are all of these
cases (apart from the accents) like this (where, given context, the
human at least has a chance of succeeding)?
