IPChains in 2.1.102

Kernel 2.1.102 uses ipchains, and my version of ipchains 1.1.1 won't work.

The source file for the latest version at
http://www.adelaide.net.au/~rustcorp has ZERO size and won't download.

So I am presently unable to run ipfw.
