kfree kernel message - why?

Recently I've gotten some strange kernel messages of the following
sort - anyone know various reasons _why_ it might be happening? I've
been trying to track down a problem which I think is stemming from
bad hardware, but I can't verify the component that's bugging
out on me. I've swapped the machine with one of everything, and
it still exhibits strange behavior. I figured this might
be some insight:

Strangely, Linux detects my motherboard components as "Acer Labs"
unknown components. The motherboard is actually some "TXpro"
Singapore-special knockoff board. Anyone else have the (mis-)pleasure
of using these, and know anything more about them?
