Linus, please re-apply to pre-2.1.99-x!
(Seems that an input source for pre-patch-2.1.99-2 was generated
from a tree which was not properly sync-ed with 2.1.96+. Whoever
provided the corresponding input to Linus, please check your tree
and also re-apply patch below).
PLEASE, feed all networking changes and bug fixes through myself or
Alan, the code is maintained by us at vger and whenever there is a
descrepancy the vger tree of the networking code will be what is
used.
