I have been getting 'Aiee, killing interrup handler' while trying
to use 34pre11. I know that 32 worked fine for me in similar software
config. [below attached panic messages and ones filtered thru ksymoops]

I'm not sure if this bug has been fixed, but I think it would be good
idea to put in on linux.kernel.org/pub/kernel/testing so that more ppl
can give it a try before we turn it into 34.

Also, now that it has code pags added to it, it took me a while to
figure out where the support for dos/fat/vfat paritions did go.
Perhaps support for code pages should be turned on by default,
so that ppl do not wonder where is support for fat-based file systems
which is not shown uless you select support for code pages.

the system net-boots, ethernet gets rarp reqeust, continues
booting, but when it attempt to mount any filesystem it
gives those opses.

Another nit, syslog does not work. not sure if it is related to this or
not.
