Hi guys,

I made CONFIG_CDROM obsolete in 2.1.92, with the help of Erik Andersen.
But some of the port maintainers have checked in since then, and
their trees still had CONFIG_CDROM. This patch removes the vestiges
of CONFIG_CDROM.

Please, would the arm, ppc, and sparc maintainers propagate this patch
upstream into their source trees so that this old obsolete symbol doesn't
come back.
