empty_dir: bad directory (dir #1177779) - no data block

va.debian.org, which serves as debian's main web server, and the gnome cvs
server is having some sort of disk problem, generating errors like this:

EXT2-fs warning (device 08:04): empty_dir: bad directory (dir #1177779) - no
data block

The disk is a SCSI drive, we've tried fsking it several times, which didn't
help. What can we do to correct it?
