German Spelling looks like every Noun and sometimes other Things are
written with a Capital Letter. This is not the small-boy-hackerish it
looks like, but actual rules of our language (mis)applied.
(Don't ask me how often it was proposed to change this in German, as
it tends to be confusing even to us...)

PS. I don't think this is so important that Linus had to sanitize
patches for correct spelling as well as for correct software
enginieering, which he does rather well... ok, "cannonicali[zs]e" is a
bit heavy :-)
