2.0.33 kernel crash

I'm using kernel 2.0.33 and I just had a complete system freeze. All that
showed up in the logs was:

Apr 21 19:29:13 kite kernel: double lock on device queue, lock=7 caller=00138119

Apr 21 19:29:13 kite kernel: CPU: 0
