To the author of the ramdisk {FD,CDROM}EJECT patch

In the past week, somebody posted a kernel patch to implement
the FDEJECT or CDROMEJECT ioctl for ramdisks so that the storage space
associated with a ramdisk could be released via something like
"eject /dev/ramdisk0". I did not save this patch, thinking that
the existing BLKFLSBUF ioctl would release the storage, but that
is apparently not the case. So, I would appreciate it if whoever
posted that patch would please resend a copy to me.
