It's the percentage of total memory.

Optimally, the borrow percent should be all that's needed :)

Well, I wrote the documentation... It's just unfortunate
that people don't give me feedback and go frustrate
themselves with any questions remaining :-)

This is the _second_ (IIRC) piece of feedback I've seen
on the documentation, and it wasn't even addressed to
me...

Now, how am I supposed to fix the documentation?
