2.1.97 fixes netscape (!) :)

Backspace has never worked in netscape before. Then suddenly with 2.1.97
it works. (The last one I know it didn't work in is 2.1.90)

1) Is it only me that has seen this?
2) Does anyone have any idea why this should happen?
