We're using version 1.36.3.9 (compiled with 2.7.2.1) and it works without
any problem since many months:

<4>Cyclom driver $Revision: 1.36.3.9 $$Date: 1996/10/07 19:47:13 $
<4>Cyclom-Y/ISA #1: 0xc0000-0xc1fff, IRQ9, 8 channels starting from port 0.

The only thing I need to change is to add the address:

static unsigned char *cy_isa_addresses[] = {
(unsigned char *) 0xC0000,

for some reason (which?) these have vanished some time ago (only addresses
starting at 0xd000 are included in kernel 2.0.x).
