Now that is a provocative question. Wouldn't it be interesting to find
some behavior of Windoze that so closely matched that of Linux that
Microsloth would be forced to release their network code in court to show
that they didn't copy it?

The downside is finding someone with the money to take them to court.
Well, since Caldera is going to be there anyway this fall, maybe you
should report any suspicious behavior to them :)
