kmem-free: NULL ptr

Hi all,

I don't like the look of these but should I worry? System _seems_ OK.

Got them while untarring a new 2.1.xx source tree with a couple of copies of
bonnie running and a flood ping to my other box.

Kernel 2.1.96, SCSI driver ncr53c8xx v2.6j, network driver de4x5 v0.536.
