ide-cd and ^I

If I try to mount a cdrom while the cdrom is not yet stable since I closed
the door soon I get a lot of:

(sic) of becoming ready -- (asc=0x04, ascq=0x01)

command was:
Apr 13 20:19:37 dragon kernel: ^I"00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 "
^^
The strange thing is the the ^I that is displayed on the console as a
strange char.

All other things works fine!
