Hmm, maybe we need to document all the files in
/proc/sys/net/* ...
It might be a hell of a lot of work to start with,
but when we divide the work and maintain the documentation
it could be doable.

work on the vm/ and kernel/ directories...

And yes, I know I need to update kernel.txt to give info
on the kmod files... Expect the updated info in the next
pre-patch :-)
