ifconfig patch

Propably many have made their own hack for ifconfig but nobody has the
time to update the release, so here it is for the n people that will
wonder in the future what's wrong with ifconfig's output. Maybe this
patch will save people 2 minutes of their time. I take no guarantee of
the patches correctness, feel free to correct my overseeings! :)

Ohh, just thought about it, are the fields in /proc/net/dev static or
dependant of the devices and their capabilities? If so, this needs more
work! :)
